Hi Juan,

I took another moment to think about what you wrote. You are arguing the case against elitism. So am I. As more people are involved in shaping the discourse around art, the more inclusive the art canon can become. I advocate that everyone in the world should have art in their lives, share their opinions about art, and even get involved in publishing or conveying these ideas to others so that a strict, narrow canon of art is no longer possible. Issues of quality have to persist, though. Otherwise, how can we separate the ordinary and mundane from the moment of poiesis?
