Hello Everyone

The list has really intensified!
I wanted to bring to your attention The MAAP99 Festival that
has just recently completed a month online arts festival.

Multimedia Arts Asia Pacific has just staged it's second fesitival
my apologies for not posting this before, it seems an oversight.

The festival looks at art and technology in the Australia and Asia Pacific
regions and was physically located in Brisbane from the 3-12 September.

The online component delivers 30 online art projects in the region
- have a look at the Missile Web Launch site where there was a new site
launched each day through the month of September.

We have set up a project called "net.works/" that brings 4 artists to work
together online for 12 months they have been working just 2 months and still getting to know each other.
Feng Mengbo,Beijing; Young-hae Chang, Seoul; Tina Gonsalves, Melbourne ; Rick
Vermey, Perth.

I will keep on reading the list and hope to join in with some considered
input as soon as the festival "mop up" is complete!
