As I promised in my previous letter
I have set up (because it was a long term project of MidEastWeb) a
page of advice and discussion about setting up Web sites and drawing
traffic, taken from the school of hard knocks
and intended for paupers and NGOS.

You are welcome to look at it, use the information, and link to it and
tell people.
Comments and corrections and suggestions for links to add are
welcome!!

About alltheweb - this is a really horrid new search engine. It seems to
have exclusively commercial sites. It has a button for submitting new sites,
but when I tried to submit URLs to it there was a notice that new sumbissions
are no longer accepted. It may be for commercial use only. If I am wrong -
or this has changed - please let me know!
