Dear nilz and all the others,
you made the right questions and I will try to answer shortly:

Websites, information, texts, projects etc. related to the issues of the
forum, that means: theoretical, practical, conceptual, artistical, etc.
aspects of cultural practice in the net. According to the point of
departure of this forum, special attention should be focused on Africa,
Asia, and Latin America/Caribbean.


> - Will the links be categorized? If so by whom?

All of us should say, in which category the proposed link could fit. I
think, first we should collect a certain number of links and than
develop a structure according to the "material".
Please pay attention to the topics of the link list of our website, as
well as to those in the several summaries and in the intermediate
evaluation, where I tried to structure the discussed issues. Maybe that
we can departure from there.

> - How do we advertise this list. It doesn't make any sense to set up a
> website with a linklist and then leave it that way. It has also to be
> promoted.

That was my idea with the partner websites. Of course, the link list has
to be included in search engines (what I will do by myself) and in
specialized web catalogues, which would be a responsibility of all of
us.
Doesn't matter what will happen with this forum, if it continues in this
form or in another, we will find ways to keep also the link list alive.

Any comments about this?
