This is a good idea.
MidEastWeb is going to have a page on helping NGO's use the
Internet. Perhaps it can be part of this.
There is also an organization called idealist - www.idealist.org
who should be willing to participate/help - so we can have a network of s=
uch
web pages and perhaps a mailing list (idealist has such a list)
